Walk4BrainCancer
We know that asking for donations can be awkward. But if you share your reason for fundraising and walking for a cure, it makes it easier to ask your friends, family and colleagues to support you.
The Monaghan family are walking in memory of Trent
“We think of Walk4BrainCancer as a family day, a community day. We think of it as a day not to be sad, but to be happy, and to take with us the love that we feel.”
The Monaghan family will Walk4BrainCancer in Parramatta to honour Trent, who died from brain cancer in February this year, after a 3-year journey with the disease.
Wherever you are walking, we know that together, we’ll take those all-important steps towards a cure. The funds you raise will help support vital brain cancer research, advocacy, and awareness. Brain cancer kills more Australian kids than any other disease and more people under 40 than any other cancer.
But it doesn’t stop here! The Wolfy Foundation are helping to cohost another Walk4BrainCancer event in Melbourne. And if you purchase a pair of one of The Wolfy Foundation socks, you could win a $2000 voucher to use anywhere on the Qantas network. Full details can be found here.
